Each Compass Cohort session is a live, guided coaching experience focused on helping you gain clarity and direction in your travel business.

These sessions are not lectures or presentations. They are designed to be interactive, supportive, and focused on progress, not perfection. You are encouraged to attend live whenever possible, as the coaching and conversation happen in real time. If you are unable to attend live, a replay will be available in the coaching hub.
